Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kalajaya

• Outside city orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays
• We are made to order to give as CLEAN FOOD as possible to you.  Order delivery time is 2-3 days, while we try and delivery on same or next day. (Sunday is weekly off)
• Please note that the delivery timings can change based on the circumstances.
• Deliveries are planned by third party provider, to ensure rightfulness of the order, OTP are generated and customer must share OPT only after checking all items from order is been received.
